Ok so i am trying to load a couple of the the different zombie mods (think one is subway) on Windows 7 and i cant not accomplish this. The instructions say to extract to:
(XP)C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR_PROFILE\Local Settings\Application Data\Activision\CoDWaW\mods
(vista)C:\Users\YOUR_PROFILE\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\mods\

Unfortunately i can not extract to either of these places as they dont exists so my question is where do i extract to? i extracted to c:/program files (x86)/Activision/call of duty - world at war/Mods and that did not work. Taking all suggestions plz.

The appdata folder in the user folder is hidden so you need to go into tools then folder options and then view and dot the show hidden files and folders.

if the folder isnt there. simply create it.

type "C:\Users\Your Name\AppData\Local" w/o quotes into the start bar. that will open the directory. then create "Activision" folder, in that one make a "CoDWaW" folder, then finally add a "mods" folder inside that.

if you did an upgrade install of windows 7, you may need reinstall CoD. try the above mentioned first. ('upgrade installs' are bad-news-bear)
