My daughters were messing around with the administrator passwords on their computers and one of them can't get hers to work. Tried Offline NT Password & Registry Editor to no avail.

Computer is an HP p6-2100z running Windows 7 Pro.

The password she entered is 22 characters long.

Any suggestions?

You can change the password for the administrator account via command prompt.
Are you able to log into any other account on that computer?
If not, you can do it another way which involves entering start up repair and accessing the command prompt from there.

Solved

Tried to eliminate 1 character at a time in case it got truncated. Successfully reset it.

Thanks for your suggestion.
