Can't log in to Win7 profile - logs in to different account instead.

Today, when I logged on to my Administrator account as usual - it's the only account on my computer- I was surprised to see that my desktop wallpaper and icons were completely different. Some of my programs weren't showing up. And many files are missing. When I go to C: > Users > "MyName" I can see all my old folders fine, but they all show up as empty. It's as if I'm logged on to a public account, even though my name still shows up on the start menu and I seem to still have administrative rights.

How can I get my account back?
