Can't login after reset to factory settings.

I have a dell inspiron 15, and recently it had been getting the blue screen. I went to the dellsafe to resore the computer to the way it was when I first got it. But when it came up to the login screen all it shown was a blank profile picture and and empty username space and password. I tried putting in "Administrator" without a password and it comes up saying the account is inactive, please see system administrator.

Sounds like you let the reinstall go to sleep.

I would start afresh.
