Can't Open Email?

Hi, I just loaded Office Professional 2007 and I'm having problems with Outlook. When I receive an email the email will open, but when I go onto the page of the email I cannot open it or anything on it such as an add, etc. I receive the following prompt; "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator. This computer is a home PC and I am the administrator. Could you please point me in the right direction for a fix? Your help would be most appreciated.

You don't have any polocies set do you? Go to IE and check out your security settings there.
