cant open the UAC

hello everyone, can you help me out? I can't open my UAC in my MSI U230. As I remember I set its settings to "never notify" (I am not pretty sure of the word but it is the lowest option in the bar.) but when I want to change it to the recommended settings this is what happened

I click the start button and type the word UAC, and hit the "change user account control settings" the mouse cursor loads for a second and whala, nothings happen. I cant open the UAC. any help will be appreciated..

Hello ikki11,

If you are unable to use OPTION ONE in the tutorial below to change your UAC settings, then you should be able to use OPTION TWO with a REG file instead.
