I'm having a weird problem. I decided to unpin IE from the taskbar, and I now I want to pin it back, but it will not do it. I click start, right click IE and then pin to taskbar and nothing happens. Also if I copy IE and then try to create a shortcut on the desktop, nothing happens as well.
Also, when I download a file in IE8, it tells me that I need administrator access to save to any location. If I right click and run as an admin, it will allow me to save files. I am using the only profile on the PC, which is set as an admin.
Also, every time I open IE, I get message about a program corrupting the default search provider and that it will set it back to bing. the only provider I have installed is Bing, and the real weird part is that I have yet to install ANY other programs.
