Hi everyone,

I recently downloaded Windows 7 on an HP DV2000 laptop 32-bit laptop. I can't seem to play DVDs.

If I put a DVD in the cd-drive the DVD does not automatically launch. If I click on my computer I get an error message when clicking on the DVD.

If I launch Windows Media Center and press the dvd tab I get a message that says, "Files needed to display video are not installed or are not working correctly. Restart WMC or restart the computer."

Restarting hasn't had any affect...

I'm not very advanced with computers, so if anyone could offer help please say it in simple terms :)

Thanks!
