Please specify exact program and version of it.

If you are using 2007 Microsoft Office Suite Service Pack 2 (SP2), you can print individual pages from messages. Earlier versions of Outlook do not have this capability and you must open the message in a browser in order to print individual pages or sections.

thanks for the reply neutron, it is the 2007 version. what sucks is the internet speed is so slow, but anyway i will try downloading it

Before you print, use the print preview from the 'file' menu - you should then have the option of choosing which pages numbers to print.
