Can't remove an item listed in the Uninstall listing?

Hi all

As you were all so fantastic with my last little problem (which I might add got solved, thanks very much ) I thought I'd pick a few more brains if possible.

I have a few items in the Uninstall/Change listing under the Control Panel, that won't go away. It's almost as if it only partially uninstalled and now I can't get rid of the remaining bits.

Is there a way to clean up this list and remove the offending program dregs? I did scroll down of free Windows 7 programs looking for a bit of software that would help to clean up my odd stubborn bits of software, but need some advice on the best program for the job.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
