Solved Can't restore factory settings dell laptop N5010

Hey guys , please help me out,

I am trying restore factory settings of my laptop , in starting I press F8 then it's takes me to repair your computer option , I press enter on it and next window comes , window is loading files ,I have done this many time because window. Is loading going on for hours I do not understand what is this?

Dell Windows 7 PC Restore
Dell - create backup discs
Dell Recovery Partition - restoring F8 link

If these fail then do a Clean Reinstall Windows 7 making sure to read the Special Note for Dell Owners at the end. Dell will provide a free reinstallation DVD which is a clean copy of Win7 without the factory bloatware.

dell n5010 ,cant restore factory setting and new installtion of window

Hey , i am trying to factory restore but i am unable to do it, i tried f8, repair disc, f8 got stuck on windows loading files and repair disc gives me an error, then i tried to reinstall windows 7 , i put disc in driver i start the laptop press f12 and its give me boot up option i used cd/dvd but it starting my laptop as normal, i do not whats wrong with tht, if i am using same way on Hp its working fine but not with my dell n5010 laptop , pls some one help me out thx
