Can't run Garena. Help NEEDED !!

pretty weird bcause i cant run garena in windows 7.
when i click the login button it says connect to server failed.
of course i do have internet connection. but the annoying message still pop up.
my friends say i have isp problem which is absolutely not as i bring my laptop to my friend house and run garena using his internet connection but with no luck.

any idea guys???

What firewall/anti virus do you have? Is the game added in the exeptions tab? If you just have Windows Firewall, then you need to add the game to the exeptions. If this doesnt work, i recommend re-installing.

Is the program in the Exeptions tab? If youre unsure what this means:
If i have a program, that has something to do with the internet, it needs to connect there. However, the firewalls job is to protect your computer from internet-related malicious software, and thus wont let the program access. Now, to make the firewall let the program go tru, you need to let it connect in the anti-virus/Firewalls settings.

yes,already double check it.
is it with the tick sign?if it is,then the answer is yes
i can run the old version garena but when i updated to new version it just cant run it

Garena Problem

Hi guys, I have quite interesting problem with Garena. For two weeks now my Garena client stopped working without any indication of a problem. I have tried to reinstall the client several times and the only effect is when the installation is completed it asks me for a skin and after that nothing. No crash no massage nothing I checked the task manager and there was a process running. I stopped it and tried again, the same problem. I hope someone could help me. Thank you.

i have this problem to...

i have the same prob,only i cant acess the garena homepage either,i have put garena on my firewall exceptions and my kaspersky isnt blocking it,and i tryed reinstaling many times plzzzz help!!!!ty
