Can't run Screenrecorder as administrator?

Hey everyone,
I am having a problem running the .exe of screenrecorder on my computer. I dont know why it wont let me, as i had run the installation files as the administrator. I am the only account on this computer, and I am the administrator.

Can anyone help me with this?

Are you talking about the problem steps recorder?

Have you tried changing the permissions in properties.

No im talking about the app screen recorder. It isnt letting me edit the permissions. I am unsure of what you actually want me to edit. I dont know what to do?
