I have to admit to being mildly surprised.
From where did you get your Windows Key?
The Product Key you installed is one which belongs to an MSDN subscription account - and many of these are blocked by MS because of abuse. If you are not a member of one of MS's subscription services, then you are not entitled to use the Key - and whoever sold it to you did so fraudulently.
