cant save modified files

i installed wamp and its in program files.in wamp there is a folder www that allows me to use php scripts + websites and when i start wamp to watch them on my browser.
i have some scripts and the problem is that after i edit something i cant save it.if i move the file to another partition i can save after editing.this didint happend in windows xp sp3.any way to fix this?thanks
actualy i noticed i cant create text files and stuff like that on the partition that the OS is installd.i can creat folders.

Is an error generated when you try to save? What error do you get?

Clean install or upgrade? WAs the folder moved to its current position? if you right click the folder and click on security who is the folders owner?

it just wont let me save the file i modified.
anywhere on the partition C(where windows is installd) i cant save any file i try to edit or creat a new one.

Save it to your documents folder then copy it to the programs folder where you want it.
You could also try opening Notepad with administrator rights.(right click on the notpad icon and select "Run as Administrator".

clean install,owners : system,administrators (i am administrator my name is right to the rank) and users all with full rights.
i dont have run as administrator.anyway i will reinstall windows seven again,hope this wont apear again.

What kind of antivirus? Is it running in realtime? does it prevent "malicious file types?

I notice that the files are all php. Does text files and others do the same?

this appears to be a a files permissions problem, as the files are located on a web server...
