Can't Tracert.

I can do icmp ping at all sites, however my tracert does not work.
And I'm under the impression that my internet this faster.

This happened before I restart the computer. Now is running fine, however the latencies were 20ms more than previously when the "Bug" occurred.

And on Event sayd this on order:

Event id 1002
The IP address lease 10.8.0.30 for the Network Card with network address 0x00FFFA6DF4AF has been denied by the DHCP server 10.8.0.29 (The DHCP Server sent a DHCPNACK message).

Event id 1014
Name resolution for the name 9.51.134.209.in-addr.arpa timed out after none of the configured DNS servers responded.

and Event id 219
The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device USB\Vid_05AC&Pid_12A8\acdf163159b5cd2eccc886c83cc4a8df6e5c4c3a.

I wonder how to trigger this bug again.

Some routers block tracert, nothing to worry about.

In my case are all IPS I test tracert, not just one.
