cant turn on media streaming

everything is nice and set but when i click on it it wont even do anything period media streaming is not turned on and i click on turn on media streaming and it goes auto gray and does nothing wtf is wrong with this windows i was working fine when i install the windows from start now it has mangicly stop turned its self off and i cant turn it back on at all help

i can pick up any thing on the network and shear my drives and send stuff here and there but i cant get this media streaming turned on at all dont now why i was my 360 connect so i can stream avis live

i have fixed the problem with 3 days of trying to figure it out and the issue was if you libraries are messed upp meaning your files that your trying to shear dont get picked up by windows media player and it dont updates and starts to list them in the libraries then for get it you will never be able to turn on media streaming at all. so have i fixed this removed everything from my libraries and i re added everything again let windows media player find some files wait a bit then

bam the media stream shear one click and it turn on finding everything els around my network and let it be sheared wooooottttttt
