Cant turn on/update Windows Firewall error 0x8007042c

Hello there!
It seems i have some sort of a firewall problem.

It says Action Center cant turn on Windows firewall, do this manually but when i try Use recommended settings, i get this error...

Could anyone tell me how i can fix this?


Is some service not working properly? (Action Control Center)
I've already run Free NOD32 online scanner and tried to fix it with Tweaking.com Windows Repair tool but no luck.

Please see Microsoft KB Article 2530126, which addresses the problem you are experiencing: Error code: 0x8007042c "Windows firewall cannot change some of your settings" when you try to turn on your Windows Firewall.
