Can't uninstall a program

I tried Spyware Doctor on Win7 HP and can't seem to uninstall it. Tried Unlocker, but that didn't seem to appear in my right click menu. How do you remove stubborn prograqms that won't uninstall. Thanks.

Have you tried to uninstall it from safe mode; have a look at the tutorial at the link below; be sure to post back with an update.

Try using Revo Uninstaller to totally remove every trace of it.
