Can't Uninstall WMDC Driver Update...

So I'm having trouble with Windows Mobile Device Center, and I decided to try re-installing it... Unfortunately, I can't UNINSTALL the second half of the program called "Windows Mobile Device Center Driver Update". It runs the uninstall program, gets to completition then reverses the progress bar and cancels itself. I can't re-install WMDC properly unless I can completely uninstall it first. Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm having the same thing happen. Gets almost done and then reverses.

Yes, I eventually did fix the issue... There is an UNDOCUMENTED SERVICE required to uninstall it, that I had previously disabled... I forgot what it was though.

i first installed WMDC while trying to solve bluetooth detection problem on my sony vaio..now the bluetooth problem is not solved and i have encountered the
same problem as here in the thread...i have been trying for days to remove wmdc and it's second part ..tried revo uninstaller, tried installing then uninstalling, tried reinstalling older version...no success..i tried stopping 2 windows mobiles services before removing the program and yet still no success...

i really need some help with this..
