Fototime has been my photo host for over 10 years and this problem just started yesterday when I try to upload a photo. Using my desktop running Windows 7 and Chrome I get the message: Error - SyntaxError: Unexpected token < in JSON at position 0 and when I use my laptop running Windows 10 and Microsoft Edge I get the message: Error - Error increasing to 24 bits: Failed to decode bitmap.
Since I get these errors on both platforms can I assume the problem is with their website? All other functions seem to be working fine at the site except when I try to send them a support ticket. There is a place to enter verification words to verify you are a human, but where the verification words should be, there is just a blank picture so I can’t even send a message for help.
