Car FM transmitter improvement

Currently I don't have my own car and I am only finishing highschool, my parents don't want to buy them selves a new radio, so I had to look for an alternatives. My friend got this sencor fm transmitter, it was great. Quality was awesome (for the transmitter), but there was an accident, and it is now not working. So, I got another one transmitter, sencor, but a little bit better one (newer one http://www.argep.hu/popup.asp?pid=163193916&pnr=10001&foto=1 ). The problem now is that high frequency speaker (on the left) is spreading very unclear sound, the right speaker is fine. I thought, maybe the left one was actually damaged, so I changed it, but it didn't helped at all.
Maybe you have any ideas how to fix this issue? It is really annoing.

What model vehicle is it? It sounds like it has a factory amp installed that has either blown a fuse, or wires are crossed. I had this issue in my last vehicle after doing some work on the audio system.
