Card games won't play without jumping on screen

While playing something like solitaire, the icon in the taskbar jumps back and forth. When it does, you can't play or move the cards. Don't know what to do to fix it. I've run Perfect Optimizer and everything seems up to date and running smoothly according to the scans.

Welcome to the forums... sorry though, I don't really understand what you are trying to say but hopefully, someone else will and give you a hand.

Meanwhile, you can perhaps fill out your System Specs and maybe give us a more detailed explanation of your problem.
