My wife, a computer tech, called me because the organization she works for suffered a simultaneous failure of some (but not all) networked computers to boot, across several different physical locations (4 different cities). They think it might have been caused by a Windows update the previous night. OS is Win 7 and XP, both affected. So far, everyone is stumped, and computers have defied everything from system repair, rebuilding BCD, etc. Reinstalling Windows on all these computers is not an attractive option! Happy to provide additional info, but not sure what is needed.
Thanks.
Phil
