I have just done a scan to find corrupt files and have found some. Could someone please scan my CBS log

D3ll, try running sfc /scannow 3 times and reboot between each run.

Did the sfc window say it still has files that can't be repaired after 3 runs? Your log showed corruption but I can't tell if they were repaired.

Yeah it says they can't be repaired :/

Well, that's not good. you have two choices to fix that, a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html#post31238 or a new fresh install. Back up your personal files, software keys, etc first. A fresh install is alway the preferred way.

Done that. All seems to be fixed now. Not sure what happened but at least I'm good now

You're welcome, glad you got it sorted. I just did a fresh install myself today, ugh, 121 updates.

Yep all the updates are horrible. Which is why I invested in a Mac and just run Parrells now for when I want to run a Windows application
