CCC 9.4 issues

ok first of all i cant even install 9.4 fully unless i install 9.3 first, then when i do get it installed, i open up ccc and look at the info and it says i have 9.3 ccc installed so can someone tell me how to actually install this thing correctly.? thanks in advance:D
