CCC wont open

Hey there, Pc was running as normal, CCC was open, i closed it , i turned off the laptop and went to bed, got up today and when clicking on the CCC shortcut nothing happens at all, this is the only program that does this, i dont the full uninstall and reinstall the PROPER way so its not that,i have the latest version of .NET Framework, the reason i need it is because of my Dual Graphics, some games run with both, some with one and one only, so i cant play some games atm because of this, anyone got any ideas? cheers

Does the shortcut properies, open file location take you to the application?

Does the application run? (not by shortcut)

Edit: Could you describe the PROPER way (post 1 - uninstall/install)
Uninstalling the AMD/ATI drivers on my machine often left remnants behind - I eventually rolled back to teh MS driver, then renamed all AMD/ATI folders, and cleaned up the registry using cCleaner (selectively marking AMD or ATI references that pertained to the issue) - yes to backup changes before deleting.
OR
Uninstall / Rollback the driver to the MS base driver and run Driver Fusion (probably easier)
