cd burning

I am new with windows 7 -previously used xp - how do I set up a backup to go to the cd? in xp it would go to a file and then tell you that you had files waiting to be burned. Any suugestions would be great -thank you -

I think a CD maybe too small for a & back up to be honest.....you should ideally use a DVD..

If you want to access the back up its : Control Panel > System & Security > Back Up computer

and there are options as you see fit

Right click on the file or folder you want and then go to send to cd make sure a cd is in the drive and a window will pop up asking you how you want to proceed.
