Certain program icons are blank. 8(

Hello guys,

I'm having a bit of a problem. Earlier tonight a couple of program icons started appearing as blank on my Windows 7 Pro PC. The programs in question were Word 07 and Powerpoint 07. I decided to try and fix them by rebuilding the icon cache but... unfortunately it just seems to have made things worse!

Now all of the Office programs have blank icons, as well as my anti-virus, Skype, Steam, WLM and a couple of others. Resetting and Rebuilding the Icon Cache keeps giving me the same results...

Does anyone know how to fix this?

I'm having exactly the same problem, with the same programs. (And now with a program I've just installed). Plus a RunDLL error which may have something to do with it.
