Challenge! Lost Admin Password

Hi

I'd like to know if you could help me. I'm part of a tech support team in a business but I lost my admin password!!!!!

Is there any way to get it? This is the challenge:

- Installed McAfee Intrusion prevention, so... if hardrive connected as external HDD won't be recognized as partition is encyrpted
- User account control activated, so any application, program, or system tool asks for the admin password
- F8 not working for safe mode boot
- Used Linux live CD but HDD cannot be mounted (as it is encrypted as mentioned above)

Any suggestion?

Sorry we will not help you crack a password as we have no idea who you are.

If you work in Tech Support then you' wouldn't really forget your password, would you?
