Hello, I encounter a difficult case recently
Background:
1: The user account HKDM/kit.tsui is shown after starting the window
2: There is a button to switch user account. If you click this button, you are allowed to type username and password.
3: The window is installed in D driver.
In this case, I would like to reset the password. I follow the below YouTube video because the window is installed in D driver.

The syntax of this command is:
NET USER
[username [password : * ] [options]] [/DOMAIN]
username {password : *} /ADD [options] [DOMAIN]

When I type net user in the command box, it gives me a list of all users below:
Administrator Guest SophosSAUD01030
I cannot find HKDM/kit.tsui from the list. What should I do?
