change date/time automatically in TXT file extension

hi, everyone

could you help me?
I have a problem that I need to edit my files by date every day. my files are TXT file extension.
for example, today I have to edit my file from 15/01/2021 to 16/01/2021. I just edit this simple data every day, not all of my data.

how do I edit my data automatically? is there a way to do that? like plugin in notepad/notepad++/atom etc.

Is it the date in the file or the file name? I need more specifics.

To fix this put ".LOG" at the start of your text document.

Now every time you type anything in that text document it will automatically show the date and time that that was written in the text document!
