Change drive that Memeo Instant Backup automatically backs up

So I understand that Memeo Instant Backup is a 'one click' backup solution for your C: Drive, but is it possible to go into the registry and change the default drive letter it backs up from? .. In other words, back up D: instead of C:

I have redirected the location of Users>"User Name">sub folders (ie: My Documents, My Music, etc) from my c: drive to my external d: drive, and I would prefer to have Memeo pull automated backups of that drive instead of the c: drive.

Before you do that, ensure you have restorable full images of your current OS and Data partitions on external media.
I know nothing about Memeo Instant Backup, so I cannot advise on how and where to make any such changes.
