Change icon on Library..?

Is there a way to change the icon displayed on a library? I created a new library, and want a non-generic icon to go with it.. Appreciate your assistance!!

Thanks.. That was working fine.. and now all of a sudden, I cannot drag the library icon onto notepad. I get the ghostbuster sign minus the ghost, or a circle with the cross over it.. Anyways, yesterday I could edit the icons via notepad, today I cannot. Anyone have any idea why?

Double check to make sure that you are doing it from the location in step 2 of the tutorial. It will not work from any other location.
