Change language question...

Hi,

If I change a language in Windows 7, would it completly change the Operating System? ie, will the items in the Control Panel also change?

Depends on what version of Windows 7 you have?

You can install additional language packs by using Windows Update..

Here is Microsoft support on how to use and install another language,
Windows 7 language packs are available for computers that are running Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise

And yes things in control panel and everything else will be in that language..
