Change the Installation Language

Hi Honeyman, welcome to the Seven Forums.
1. You can not change the language of Windows 7 install media. If your install media is in Russian, you have to install Russian Windows 7.
2. You mentioning a copy of Windows 7 in Russian indicates that your Windows is not valid and legal. I hope I am wrong. I just want to tell you that one of the fastest ways to get banned here on the Seven Forums is even to try to get or give help in using and activating pirated operating systems or other software. Seven Forums does not offer any help in piracy.

I smell that rat too. If you think it should be legal, check with Microsoft before you attempt anything else with it. I you know it's not, well....no help from here.
