Memory : 4.00 GB (I'll increase it to 8.00 GB)

The video card update is probably the only one that you really need for gaming purposes. The rest of the system specs look just fine.

The CPU socket type (LGA775) limits your processor upgrade options and in my view, the current CPU is just fine.

The motherboard may, or may not support more than 4 GBs of memory; you should check, if you can actually add more.

Just check your power supply and replace it, if needed, based on your system and video card specifications.

I'm somewhat at a loss.
Why would some one have Windows Enterprise and play games.

Here would be a good place to start.

Windows Updates & Activation - Windows 7 Help Forums

http://www.sevenforums.com/windows-...ne-activation-issue-posting-instructions.html

So start off with what layback bear said, windows 8 and enterprise are no good for gaming, and as far as components go you really don't have much to upgrade to.

The best cpu you can run in your LGA775 socket is a Core 2 Quad Q9650 and you can run up to 8gb DDR2 RAM but if i could make a suggestion you'd be far better off getting a newer socket and cpu maybe a power supply if you plan to do MOBO, CPU & GPU.

Most modern games will struggle on a dual core and integrated graphics, as your worried about price i would go for an AMD cpu maybe a PhenomII Quad and even though i love nvidia thier video cards can be more expensive than AMD's cards, follow this link to give you an idea of power vs performance for cpu's PassMark CPU Value Chart - Performance / Price of all CPUs

And follow this for video card chart (I recommend a GTX560ti) PassMark Videocard Value Chart - Performance / Price of Videocards
