Changing Default Power Plan

Hi ,
i cant be able to change default power plan (that will active on startup). I select a custom power plan but when restart it starts with [Balanced (Recommended)]. Can i change this ?

i read the tutorials already thanks. I create a plan and save it and select it but when i restart my pc it becomes Balanced. My Custom Plan still there and i select it again and again. I think it has something to with my laptops power management app.
And i think power option interface on Windows 7 diferent on Notebooks than Desktops .
