Changing Display Settings Quickly

I recently installed a projector and hooked it up to my PC. In an effort to reduce GPU load and therefore fan speed and therefore noise levels (I have a mostly reference card currently so... Quite loud) I have been disabling my second monitor while using the projector and vise versa. This takes longer than I would like. Is there anyway I can automate this with a shortcut?
