No offence meant Karl but IMO, Blackviper is a much better site for at least 2 reasons. It categorizes tweaks as "Safe", "Tweaked" and "Barebones" apart from Default. This is something even a layman can grasp. On the page you have linked, the author has simply given a "possible startup mode list" without enlightening us how he arrived at it. E.g. he has disabled all bluetooth startup services which a user may be using extensively.
Secondly, Blackviper links every service in the list to a wiki description so the user can make an informed decision on what mode to use.
