changing the menu bar postion

like IE explorer shown in this link Internet Explorer Menu Bar - Always on Top - Vista Forums is it possible to do this in normal explorer on windows 7 I'm sorry if this has been asked before.

no thats not what i ment i know how to do that i ment what there showing in internet explorer moving the menu bar above the address bar can it be done with the normal explorer as well?

Ok, I see what you mean. I don't know that it's possible...

it would be nice if it could i mean hopefully they will figure something out when editing the explorer frame.

there nice and all but none of them work right they just open up explorer every time so back to the oringal question but thanx mike
