Changing where files automatically seperate to...

Hey guys, just wondering ...

My laptop has a divide, one for the operating system which is about 60gb and another part of the hardrive called data... its got nothing in it and ive installed and downloaded a couple of games from steam that are saving into the operating system hard drive.

I was just wondering, how do you change it so stuff automatically saves to the Data section rather than the OS section..

Have a look at this tutorial by Shawn
Point your downloads folder, I'm assuming that this is where you are storing your downloads, to the folder on your Data partition.
