For 2 days now I’m experiencing all at once a severe unstable computer while working on my emails, like, the page where I’m working keeps going away or changing for another page or pages, every minute or so when I do any of the email functions it just locks up, or, it takes too long while that little circle goes round and round taking up to 15 minutes during which I can’t do anything.
This happens each time I switch from one function to another, like opening a file or copying or whatever. Many times though there’s no way I can get out of that lockup and have to shut off the computer altogether (the wrong way), like when, getting tired of waiting, I went out for 4 hours and on returning....that cursed little circle was still going round and round on a locked up computer!!! I had to shut it off half a dozen times today so I could get just a little work done.
The mouse cursor goes berserk too. And typing a word takes many seconds as each letter appears after a long pause. No error messages at all.
Sorry for lengthy description, but don’t know if there’s one or 2 words to describe all of this and wanted to make sure I gave sufficient info. I can’t tell whether it’s caused by my WLMail, my Firefox , the Win7, or, the hard drive? It does it also on Word as well as on Firefox.
I tried to use the Ccleaner and also Malwarebytes Antimalware but they were acting up too and couldn’t scan. It only gives me a little break from time to time and I’m grabbing this break to ask for help. I’m at the end of the rope. Thanks so much for any suggestions.
