My Logitech M315 still works great, but the little round glider pads came off, so it was "running" a bit rough. You can buy replacement pads, but the cost is prohibitive for a lower priced model such as the M315. However, I've found a neat & sweet fix: shiny cellophane tape. It works like a charm. The mouse now glides like new. Hope this low-tech tip will come in handy for my fellow forum mates.

If I might add to your post spencer1..
Double sided tape w/out the protective layer removed also works great. Verrry slick unless of course you happen to peel away the protective layer, then you're even worse off than when you started.;)

Good tip, thanks Dimzin. I almost bought a new mouse, but then the slick tape idea occurred to me out of nowhere. I don't know why I didn't think of it before lol.
