I have downloaded windows from source other than microsoft.

The uploader may have tampered the setup and may have included a virus in setup. Tell me how to check whether the setup is exactly same as given by microsoft.

Microsoft is not in the habit of inserting malicious code into their software..for support, contact the person who uploaded the file...
