Checking for activation

Hey guys, i know this is dumb, but i couldnt find the answer on any other thread. How do i noe if my copy is activated? cause i just installed the OS but until now, i haven seen any prompt for activation. hope someone can help me thanks!

go to Control Panel\System and Security\System and itl show you the genuine label and say Windows is activated.

Another way is to go to my computer> system properties. Down at the bottom you should see if it is activated with a genuine windows seal or how many days left for activation. Also on another note would you please go into your user cp (top of page) and fill in you system specs. It goes along way in getting help from others. Thanks and welcome to sevenforums. Fabe
