CheckSUR error, files missing, most ATI files.

No downgrade from windows 8, no.

If I remember correctly I've myself removed some of those files - ati related - because problems with drivers. Could you make a file with the missing ones?

from an elevated command mode

wusa /uninstall /kb:2972211
wusa /uninstall /kb:2931356

REBOOT

then download them directly from MS

The massive CBS log file would point to further problems, please follow my instructions in previous post

ok done both, this is the new sfc log.

are you sure it's not easier to get those missing files?

How upto date are you, Netframework doesn't appear to be

The SURT packages can be installed by following the instruction from this MS artical

Its not exactly user friendly


However considering the above and the state of your OS, i believe you would be better of doing a factory reset or a clean install, a repair install would not clear some of the above.
