WHAT IS GOING ON??? Everything was running fine then I couldn't open certain files and such. HOW TO DIAGNOSE??? OR FIX THE PROBLEM?? Please help

Welcome to the forum. We need more info were does the pop up come from internet or Windows what can't you run and what error do you get?
