CHKDSK Occuring in Win 7 boot for Dual Boot win7/win10 computer

From what you are saying, there is no point in doing dual boots since any data on partition shared will be damaged sooner or later. Might as well have two comps with different OSes. There's no point in getting such a tray for the comp since there are only two sata ports, of which one is being used by the disc drive, and only one normal sata power supply.

sigh... looks like there's really no way to have the dual boot configured as i would like.

My Acer is the same way only 2 sata
The device I showed makes it a simple task to switch ssd's
Keep each os's data on it's own ssd or hdd for that matter
I'm not sure how I lived so long without that device
Worth it's weight in gold for simplicity of keeping os's completely separate and all the possible bug related to dual booting

I also use it for Linux too on it's own ssd.

The second tray is mainly to store the other ssd not being used.
