Well I am going for a ssd and I am lost..
Should I get
Newegg.com - SAMSUNG 830 Series MZ-7PC128B/WW 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
Or
Newegg.com - Crucial M4 CT128M4SSD2 2.5" 128GB SATA III MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
I was leaning towards the 830 as I have heard good things about it but not sure.
And my current HDD is
Newegg.com - Western Digital WD Blue WD10EALX 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive -Bare Drive
I only have 1 SATA III port so could I just hook my current reg HDD to Sata II and then hook my SSD up to Sata III?
My motherboard is
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128555 if it matters.
And will I need a 3.5 inch bay thing or whatever for SSD?
Will I need a sata cable? or does it come with my SSD?
If not please newegg link me!
Thanks so much! Nobody has been able to answer me that I have asked :(

Think of it this way,

1, COST - What's the most you want too spend
2, Size - What's the most you want for your OS, I use 90gig. (Cost me £85 - there now £45)
3, Sata Speed - Look at the write speeds and get one that matches your Sata speed.

Done.

I placed mine in the Floppy area of the case. And no you generally don't get a Sata cable.

I don't see why these don't answer your question, If your willing too spend the cash on a SSD what's your limit, What size you looking for. And as for your motherboard, it has 1 sata 3 what's all you need really.

For the 3.5 bay thing your talking about, belonging you screw 1 part of it down and it stays put your be fine, it has 0 moving parts and thus causing nothing too move it or shake it so therefore you have no vibrations.

It's 5 bucks I'll just pick it up. But now I need a sata 3 cable..

It comes with everything I need, Including cables and the bracket. And also norton ghost but I don't think I'm going to use it.
And this way it was actually cheaper. The shipping was free with this one.
